Jan Karon, best-selling author of the Mitford Series and the Father Tim novels, will speak at our annual Mother-Daughter Celebration on Sunday Feb. 26. Please join us at 6:00p for festive nibbles and drinks, followed by Jan's remarks in the church at 7:30p. The cost is  $15 per person. Watch for your invitation and invite your family & friends. The Christ Church Lenten Preaching Series continues on Wednesday, Feb. 29, at 12:00n in the church. The Rev. Dr. Daniel P. Matthews, Rector Emeritus, Trinity Wall Street, will be our preacher at this service of Noonday Prayers and Sermon.

When the state lot across Edenton Street is full, the closest lot is Alexander Square. To reach this lot: From Peace Street, go south on Blount Street and pass the back of Christ Church on the right. Turn right onto Hargett Street, turn right on Wilmington Street. The lot is on the left, 1/2 block before the Capitol. Walk 1-1/2 blocks to the Church.
